Happiness Data (a NGO/nonprofit) is developing a community in Costa Rica that focuses on sustainable living and organic farming. The focus is on learning about gardening, permaculture, organic farming, community building, etc. We will pay for food and accommodation and provide compensation for your work.

The land is under development in Bagaces for community living. We are about 8 months away before someone can live on the land.
Our ultimate goal is to create a community with around 150 people living together that focuses on sustainable living.
The challenges in Costa Rica are finding reliable workers and contractors. It is very difficult to do everything because there are many hurdles and delays each step of the way.
Currently, we are in a start-up stage and we are trying to find people that can come on board that is interested in our ideas and goals.
