EThekwini Emergency Shelter Project

The initiative was in response to protect the vulnerable communities (homeless) against COVID19 as they did not have accommodation to self-isolate when the country declared a State of Disaster and subsequent lockdown. The program will continue beyond the pandemic as it addressed the needs of the homeless within the City context.
