How to build, live the city and the habitat differently

As part of the Floriade Expo 2022 (April 14 to October 9, Netherlands) whose theme is Growing Green cities, we are working on the creation of a Francophone pavilion whose objective is to bring together a community of innovation and talents around a project articulating autonomous and reusable building, educational content and evolving program.
During the exhibition, our objective is to open up a co-reflection on forms of habitability that go beyond anthropocentrism, and to develop new commons.

Generally, our goal is to participate in the development of healthier, more attractive and more sustainable cities through projects bringing together community of interest and business : architects, urban planners, researchers, companies, civil society actors, students, etc.

In the continuity, we wish to revitalize peripheral territories by proposing to all the stakeholders to contribute to it.

Why was this project started?

After successfully organized the France Pavilion at Beijing Expo 2019 without public money, the Netherlands contacted me to propose a French vision of the green city through a Pavilion. It is this spirit of sharing, the combination of knowledge, culture, urban design, innovation and education that we wish to bring together through projects that redefine living together.

The results of the project so far

-We are currently building the pavilion which will be both low tech and high tech
-We are working on programming around health, food, energy and territories
-We already have around 20 partners and sponsors a and we keep finding sponsors.
-We are really excited to be able to make the 2 million visitors aware of the importance of participating in the development of green cities.
-In addition, we are also looking to sell our 300m2 autonomous, ecological, modular, showable and removable pavilion.

We will also work to a pilot project in South American to build green cities.
Our mission will be to bring together a business innovation community around this project; and lead the different phases of the project.

What are specific, distinctive, strong elements in this project?

Our added value is that we offer a global approach to contribute to the development of the cities of tomorrow under the prism of the circular economy and the sharing economy:
- A team of architects who offer autonomous, mountable and dismountable buildings
- Innovative partners from the sectors of urban development, energy, waste, water, food, etc.
- Services to bring the city to life in terms of content and programming

Our value proposition is "back to the future together". which means that for each eco-responsible project that we carry out, we bring together communities of traditional knowledge and innovation. This approach allows us to promote the local know-how of the countries or regions where we built our projects while combining innovation.
