Why was this project started?

The project was born from the need to offer the youth of our community a framework through which they could discover themselves, identify their strengths, their important role for the development and in solving the problems of our communities, a framework through which she could train, strengthen her skills, and be connected to other young people from other communities, in order to benefit from more development opportunities.

The results of the project so far

Through our few years of activity, we have had to reach and impact several hundred young people from our communities, through our trainings, conferences and forums. We have also accompanied many in the construction of their business projects, and even in the promotion of their products and services. Our initiative has aroused the enthusiasm and the desire for several young people to get involved in the development of the community, by being a solution to its problems, each in his field.

What are specific, distinctive, strong elements in this project?

Our strength is the fact that we are close to the young people in our community, and plan our actions by questioning the real needs of these young people, and by involving them in the planning and implementation of these activities.

Which specific lessons, do's and don'ts would you like to share? What would be suggestions for others when preparing or implementing the project in their own city?

The main challenge is due to a lack of quality human resources allowing the implementation of our activities, the other challenge is related to the lack of financial resources.

Have others adopted, or shown interest in adopting, your idea in their own area?

Indeed, when we make an observation in the associative environment of young people, there is a strong increase in the number of groups, movements and associations of young people in our communities, this is due to the impetus that we have given through our initiative , also we have requests from several young people who need our experience and model in the development of their project.
